Parchment Transcripts

Order Credentials from Parchment

Mayo High School has joined forces with Parchment to bring you Secure Transcripts – the safe paperless way to send transcripts directly to the colleges you choose.  It’s easy, it’s secure, and it’s available 24/7.
Minnesota’s e-Transcript Initiative began in 2007, with Rochester Public Schools joining in 2009. 

Current and former students can create a student user account at: www.parchment.com 

*We recommend that you use Chrome web browser.
*Do not register via the Facebook option.
*Use your private email address as your login (not RPS email)
   (Do not use your school email as you will lose access to it once you graduate)
*Make sure to enter your full, legal name - no nicknames or abbreviations.
*Carefully enter your date of birth and years of attendance to avoid discrepancies.
*Click the blue plus sign and enter Mayo High School as your institution.
*Once you've added Mayo High School and see our logo, you can click on ORDER
and begin sending transcripts.

Unofficial transcript (free) - Your free transcript will be made available to you after you complete your registration.  Click on the image of the transcript.  To refresh your unofficial transcript, click the "UPDATE" button at the bottom of the transcript.

To send an Official Transcript, click "ORDER" and proceed by entering the destination, then pay with debit/credit card.

Official Transcript is $5.03  (Alumni $8.78)

Orders are processed every business day during the school year, and at least once per week during the summer.
