Studio Guidelines
Studio Guidelines and Agreement 
-I will use my studio time wisely to complete assignments and participate in
learning.

-I will make every effort to be seated and quite when the bell has rung.
( Expect some type of direction, either a class discussion or an introduction to the lesson .)

-I will place all books, binders, and personal items under the studio tables during class.

-I will respect everyone’s artwork .

- I will take responsibility for clarification of assignments and missed assignments due to my absences.

-I will stay on task, working quietly. (the noise level should be at a reasonable volume.

- I will always use respectful language .

- I will use the art equipment and materials in a respectful manner .
(no waste of materials. I may be asked to pay for broken or misused materials.)

-I will maintain a learning environment with appropriate behaviors.

-I will not bring anything to eat or drink into the art room unless I am given permission from my teacher. I may have gum if I do not misuse this privilege.

-I will use safe practices with all art materials, tools and equipment . ( I understand that I may not be allowed to complete the art project and instead be given an alternative assignment. )

-I will use electronic devices with proper etiquette.

Throwing and or misuse of supplies and leaving the room without permission are considered insubordination offenses which will result in referrals being written.

These guidelines are designed to provide everyone involved in the Art Studio a positive, safe, and productive experience. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
